Born in 1955, Philippe Jung came to the Bouygues group in 1979, after qualifying at the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics et de l'IAE in Paris. He was appointed Head of Management Services in 1983, and took charge of the Human Resources Department for the Habitat branch in 1985. In 1986, he was involved in the creation of ‘Bouygues Bâtiment’, of which he was appointed Administrative Director. He then participated in the decentralisation of functional services within branches, moving on to the expansion of Bouygues Bâtiment. He became Director of Central Administration at Bouygues Bâtiment in 1993, and then in 1995 took over responsibility for the General Management of Ile de France subsidiaries as Assistant Managing Director. Since 1997, he has been General Manager of SODEARIF, a Bouygues Bâtiment real estate development company, as well as management of the Elan company.

Born in 1956, and a graduate of the Ecole Eyrolles de Paris, Jean-Pierre Havard embarked on his career in 1980 at a Bouygues Group Works company. In 1997, he joined Elan, where he developed the Telecom sector. Today, he heads the Multi-Site Project Management department.

Born in 1952, François Rucheton's first professional experience within the Bouygues Group was as a foreman. In 1997, he came to Elan as Head of Projects for a diverse range of missions related to the Elan activities. Today, he is Director of Construction Project Management, Regions, Major / Complex Projects.
Gaëlle ALLIN Manager, Human Resources and Communication Find out more
Born in 1978, qualified at CIFFOP (Université Paris II – Assas), Gaëlle Allin joined the Bouygues Group fresh out of university. She has held a range of posts, notably as Human Resources Manager in the provinces, followed by two years at Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France as Social Affairs Manager. In June 2009, she was appointed Human Resources and Communication Manager at Elan.
Denis MOTARD Director, ELAN Find out more
Born in 1968, qualified at INSA in Rennes, Denis Motard began his professional career within the Bouygues Group in 1993. After an experience in works at international level, he joined Quille in 1996 and then Bouygues UK in 1999 (United Kingdom) in order to take on significant responsibilities in production – in particular on the PFI for the Home Office and in sales (BSF – Secondary school renovation programme, Waltham Forest). In 2007, after eight years in England, Denis Motard returned to Elan as company director.
Laurent LECERF Director, Construction Project Management, Ile-de-France Find out more
Born in 1964, qualified with a BTS in electrotechnics, Laurent Lecerf began his career in 1988 at the SNECMA Group. In 1990, he came to Elan as a foreman. In 2001, he was appointed Manager of the Studies and Works department. In 2005, he was made Director of Construction Project Management, Ile-de-France.

Born in 1973, qualified at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Lille, Astrid Pelletier began her career at the Société Générale as Management Control Manager in Bangkok, Thailand. In 1999, she joined the Central Audit department at Bouygues S.A. In 2002, she was appointed Secretary General at Elan. Since June 2007, Astrid Pelletier has been in charge of Telecom and Networks Project Management. Astrid Pelletier is also the company's QSE manager.
Yann-Cédric BOZEC Manager, Sales & Development Find out more
Born in 1979, qualified at INSA in Rouen, Yann-Cédric Bozec joined the Bouygues Group in February 2003, as Works Engineer at Habitat Social. In 2006, he joined Elan's Telecom and Networks teams in Ile-de-France. Yann-Cédric took over management of Elan's Strasbourg agency in 2008. He was also involved at that time on the fringes of Telecom and Networks and Multi-Site Project Management. In September 2010, he was appointed Elan's Sales & Development Manager.

Born in 1964, qualified at the Ecole Centrale in Lyon, Gilles Stankoff took his first professional steps at various Bouygues Group companies, in posts related to Works and then to Sales.
In May 2000, he joined Elan, where he was entrusted with the development and leadership of a Project Management department for industry, real estate and the environment. Today, he is Director, Management of Property Projects and Sustainable Construction & Environment.
Arnaud ROULIE Manager, Safety and Health Protection, Construction Project Management in the Regions Find out more
Born in 1973, qualified at ENSAIS in Strasbourg, Arnaud Roulié started his career in 1998 in the Works department, then in 2003 joined the Bouygues Bâtiment Private Construction Sales department. In April 2004, he joined Elan as Sales Development Manager, where he was in charge of developing the Multi-Site activity. Since January 2010, Arnaud Roulié has been manager of the Safety and Health Protection department at Construction Project Management in the Regions.

Born in 1977, Michael Samama qualified at ESTP and ESCP. He began his career at Olin Lanctuit, as a Manager of the DTLI Works department, before joining Public Works as Management Control Manager. IN 2006, Michael Samama came to Elan's General Secretariat.
